Activities to Share with Kids and Families

You play an important role in helping young kids recognize and talk about their feelings and develop skills for coping with adversity and managing big emotions. The Iowa Alliance for Healthy Kids is excited to team up with Sesame Street in Communities to offer you activities to help!

Below are activities and articles from SSIC.org, many of which you can download and print for free. Sesame Street in Communities also offers tips for how to introduce the activity or article. If you have questions about any of these resources, please contact Sarah Welch.
